How does Candidate Display work?

Sharing candidates through Candidate Display is a function of sending candidate's profile to colleagues or consultants who will be involved in assessing candidates, such as a manager or someone with expert knowledge. Your colleague or consultant can comment, rate and / or disregard or decline the candidates you share with them.

Why share candidates?

  • Get input from others who will be involved in assessing candidates, but who have not been involved in the entire recruitment process
  • Can share candidates to people without logging in to ReachMee

To share candidates, select the candidates you want to share in the candidate list. Then, click Actions and select Share candidate profile. Here you choose which recipients you want to share the candidate profiles with. If a recipient has a user profile in ReachMee, you can enter the name and ReachMee will find the person in the system.

However, if your recipient does not have a user profile in ReachMee, enter the full email address of the recipient and then complete the name. Then you select which parts of the candidate profile you would like to share, before you choose how the recipient will evaluate the candidates. This is either through Rate candidate (1-5)Write a comment and/or Like/Dislike. You can also set a time limit to determine how long the recipient is to assess candidates and edit the email sent to the recipient.

To see which candidates you've shared and what their assessments have been, click Candidates and Viewers in the menu on the left. Here you can see a summary of all the candidates that you have shared and what their assessments are.
