On the candidate list you can see candidate information by using the small icons next to the candidate's name.
‘Complete candidate overview’ gives you an overview of all the information collected on the candidate as well as links to the candidate’s CV and cover letter.
The CV icon gives you direct access to open the candidate’s CV.
The letter icon gives you direct access to open the candidate’s cover letter.
If you would like to see the candidate’s full profile, simply click on the candidate’s name. Here you will see information about the candidate over a number of tabs:
- Personal info is the general information about the candidate.
- Documents contains uploaded documents such as CV and cover letter
- Questionnaires contains the answers from the candidate on the extra questions, you might have asked the candidate in the application process.
- ‘Notes’ contains notes on the candidate that have been added either from this tab or from the candidate list.
- Communication shows an overview of all the mail correspondence between you and the candidate.
- Applications shows whether the candidate has applied for other positions in your company. Please note that access to this information depends on user role access.
- Appointments shows an overview of the candidate's calendar appointments.
Click on the project name in the top right corner to return to the candidate list.
Generate PDF
From the candidate list you are able to fetch candidate information and documents for several candidates in PDF format. Tick the box to the right of each candidate you would like to retrieve data from. In 'Toolbox' under the candidate list, choose 'Generate PDF with candidate information’:
Choose the data you would like to include, such as personal data, CV and cover letter. Click 'View PDF'. The system will now generate the document and you will be able to open it directly in your browser. The data you have selected is displayed in a candidate report:
