Assess Your Candidates

Please begin by watching the following video tutorial.
Further down the page you will find a complete step-by-step breakdown of the tutorial.

Once you are ready to assess your candidates, you will have a variety of options from the candidate list:

From the menu icon to the right of the candidate you can add a note, tag or hiring committee rank:

‘Add note’ – You can add a note on the candidate that you may wish to share with other project participants.

Write the note and click ‘add’:

The note will be shown with a small note-icon on the candidate list and you will see the content of the note by hovering over it:

You can add tags on the candidate, for instance a red, yellow, or green star. Multiple project participants can add a tag on the same candidate. Choose your tag from the dropdown list:

You may also want to write a comment here. Below the comment field you will see a tick box, allowing you to set the tag as “global”. This means that the tag will be shown on the candidate on each position the candidate applies to. Click “OK” to save the tag:

You can now see the tag and see the comments by hovering over the tag:

Please note that only project leaders and project participants can add hiring committee ranks:

‘Add hiring committee rank’ - as default you can rank the candidate on a scale from 1-5. You can also add a comment here. Now click ‘OK’:

Sort and filter candidates

There are different ways to sort and filter your candidates.

If you have added extra questions to the application form through the questionnaire, you are able to filter the answers on the candidate list:

Click on the small funnel-icon in the column and highlight the answer you wish to filter. Now, click "Filter”:

You will now see a filtered version of the candidate list. To remove the filter, click on the funnel again and click "Clear Filter":

To sort the candidate list based on a specific tag, choose ‘Filter Candidate List’ below the candidate list to the right:

Here, click on ‘Tags’:

and click on the arrow to the right. Now, click on ‘search’ in the right corner:

You will now see a sorted version of the candidate list, where only candidates that have been assigned to the chosen icon will be shown:

Click on the ‘project name’ in the top right corner to remove all filters from the candidate list:
