In order to edit modules and content you need to see if the modules has been set to editable by others.
In order to check if you can edit the module, you need to do the following:
1. Go to "Modules".
2. Go to the learning page you want to edit, and click on "Content".
3. Once the page opens up click on the 3 dots.
4. Click on "Edit Page Settings".
5. Check if the box "Editable by others" is ticked or not.
If you do not have the rights, please contact your main administrator as you probably don't have permission to edit modules and their content.
