The Keywords you put in this field will be used for the search criteria when your coworkers use the function "get inspired on LinkedIn" in the app. Irecommend will use the keywords to match if any of the LinkedIn contacts has the same keywords in their profile. You can either just put one word and it will work fine. But if you really want to get the most accurate search, below are some tips on how you can specify the search more!
Tip one
If you use a search criteria that contains two words, example account manager you should use quatation marks to tell the system they are not two separate words. In this example above you would put this in the search "account manager" If not LinkedIn will search for all contacts that have the words Manager and/ or account in their profile and not only the contacts that contain both.
Tip two
If you want to specify your search as much as possible (this is extra important if you are using words that might get a lot of hits on LinkedIn) you can use a specific format for your search. The format is a type of code that LinkedIns search engine can read. Say you are looking for a recruiting coordinator with experience within the tech industry to work in Stockholm you can use the below format:
(recruiter OR "recruiting coordinator") AND tech AND Stockholm
The string above will search for a profile on linkedIn that has one of the words recruiter or recruiting coordinator in their profile and both words tech and Stockholm. You can add on as many words to this string as you would like, for example the string below:
(recruiter OR "recruiting coordinator" OR "technical recruiter") AND tech AND hr AND Stockholm
The string above will search for a profile on linkedIn that has one or more of the words recruiter, recruiting coordinator or technical recruiter in their profile and all of the words tech, hr and Stockholm.
The words marked with red is the code that LinkedIn reads, it's important not to change this. You can copy the line below to paste in the field in Irecommend and just replace the words for the search.

Tip three
we recommend not to put too many keywords, because too many keywords can result in a narrow search, since the keywords need to match the contacts profile that are shown on LinkedIn.
