Recruitment & Rejection

Please begin by watching the following video tutorial.
Further down the page you will find a complete step-by-step breakdown of the tutorial.

Once you have chosen the candidate that you wish to hire, you will need to change the candidate’s status to ‘Hired’ and send rejection letters to the other candidates.

Recruitment
Find the candidate that you wish to hire and click on the “menu icon” to the left of the candidate:

Find ‘Add status’ and choose the step ‘Employment’ and then the status “Offer accepted’:

This will ensure that the candidate is registered as hired for future statistics and the candidate will be given the ‘Hired candidate’-icon:

Furthermore, candidates with this status will automatically be moved to the step ‘Employment’:

Rejection
You have two options when you wish to inform candidates that they have been rejected. If you prefer to give an oral rejection, simply change the status manually after speaking to the candidate.

When you have given the rejection, you can click on the step “Interviews” and then highlight all candidates by clicking ‘Select all’ below the candidate list:

Then, scroll down to the bottom of the page to the right and change the status to ‘Rejection after interview’:

The candidates will automatically be moved to the step ‘Rejection’. You can also choose to send a written rejection to one or more candidates at once. A simple way to do this is to do it step by step. For instance, click on the step ‘Received’ and then click ‘Select all’ below the candidate list:

In the bottom right you will find your e-mail templates. In this example we will choose the template ‘Rejection of application’:

You are able to edit the e-mail before sending:

If you do any changes, remember to click ’Save’ before sending the email:

Now, click ‘Send’ and continue:

On the candidate list you will now see that the candidates have changed status to ‘Application rejection’ and that they are moved to the step ‘Rejection’. Click ‘Show removed candidates’ to see rejected candidates as these candidates will by default be hidden from the candidate overview:
