How to add users to collaborate within the recruitment process

You can invite project participants to your recruitment project, to give them access to collaborate in the recruitment process and access the candidates.

In the tab "Participants", you can invite project participants by entering their name or email address here:

You can send them an invitation e-mail when you add them as participants by checkmarking this box. Press "Add" to add the user to the project:

You can preview the e-mail that will be sent to the participant by clicking here:

When you have added all project participants, you can see a list of the participants here:

The person who created the project is automatically the project owner. You can switch the project owner by clicking here and typing the name of the person you want to be the project owner instead:


How to adjust project participants access levels

In this field, you can view the access level for the project participants in this recruitment project:

The user role settings define which boxes are checkmarked by default. To see what the icon means, hover for a description, or view the explanations here:

By adding or removing a checkmark, you can adjust the access level in this recruitment project:
