View and customize confirmation e-mail for your recruitment project

In the tab “Confirmation email” in the project menu, you can view or customize the confirmation e-mail for your recruitment project. All candidates receive the confirmation e-mail automatically when they send their application:

The e-mail can be customized to suit your recruitment project. For instance, you can add information about the timeframe or the next steps in the recruitment process.

Your company can create several templates of the confirmation e-mail. You can find them here. Click on a template to use it:

Click here to customize the content in the confirmation e-mail. Edit the text and press “save” when you are done:

Use replacement codes

The e-mail contains replacement codes that are automatically replaced with the relevant content when the e-mail is sent out.

For example, [%RECIPIENT_FULL_NAME%] - this replacement code is automatically replaced by the candidate’s first and last name:

Click on one of the code lines to paste it into the e-mail:


The replacement code is pasted where your cursor is placed, but you can copy and paste the code to move it:

When you have made the necessary adjustments, you can save the e-mail by clicking here:
