I’m not able to login using the mobile app

All users that have access to Talent Recruiter have access to use the mobile app. The login on mobile app require you to enter Customer alias in addition to your login credentials. You can find your Customer alias in Talent Recruiter under Support -> Support Details. In order to find the Customer alias, hover over the link Vacant position and see the text written the text written after customer= in the link. In this example the Customer alias is talentech.



The mobile app doesn’t support logging in using SSO (Single sign-on). If you use SSO to login to Talent Recruiter and would like to use the mobile app, or if you are not able to login to the app with your current password, then you can from the top menu in Talent Recruiter click on your name to enter My profile where you will find a button Change password for mobile app where you can add a password to use for the mobile app.
