Challenge: There is an issue when trying to publish to Jobnet.
Solution: Check the following:
- Check if all the fields are filled correctly and that madatory fields are filled out. Make sure that all phone numbers and e-mail adresses are valid. Verify that the dates added are valid dates. Verify that special characters are not added in any fields.
- Under the field Liggetid, make sure the Start Date and End Date is added correctly. The Start Date cannot be a date from the past. The advertisement can be published for up to 8 weeks.
- The publishing might fail if the project name or advertisement contains any special characters. Try to look through for invalid or special characters used and try to remove them.
- The advertisement contains the word Straffeattest. This is not allowed in Jobnet.
- The p-number and/or its details might be invalid.
- The advertisement content can't be more then 16000 characters in total. In addition, when the content is compiled and transferred to Jobnet there is alot of extra characters being added, so the total number of characters will always a bit higher then the count in the advertisement editor shown in system. You actually have to make sure to be about 20% under the limit (around 13000 characters).
- Make sure the contact person is added with a phone number.
- As per today the option Et andet sted i udlandet cannot be used as Jobnet does not accept ads with this option without having to add a specific address. Jobnet is working on a solution on this.
