Q: Can I get any adjustments to the WCAG templates?
A: Yes, but it will be your responsibility to ensure the adjustments are WCAG compliant

Q: What is different with the default WCAG templates?
A: The WCAG templates are structured and designed to optimize accessibility on mobile devices and web. Depending on your past templates it can vary what will be different for you.

Q: Are customizations automatically updated in the new template - like banner images, background pictures, fonts and likewise?
A: No, customizations are not added to the templates, they are default templates with a set design and can be ordered.Notice: If you order any changes in the WCAG templates, the responsibility of ensuring accessibility is yours.

Q: Are there any limitations to functionality?
A: Not all features are available for the WCAG templates. The limitations are mentioned in the statement.

Q: If we are using the API’s and coding it our selves, what will that mean?
A: We cannot control how you are coding your career pages, when using our API. In API’s, you are fetching out the data and creating your page yourself. It is therefore your responsibility to ensure WCAG compliance.

Q: Will the default WCAG templates get automatically improved in the future?
A: The limitations we have mentioned in our statement that we are striving to improve, will automatically be added to the WCAG templates.

Q: Who is in charge of testing compliance when ordering adjusting/customizations to the default WCAG templates?
A: Customizations are ordered by you and therefore you must ensure WCAG compliance. We will advice if we see something ordered that is clearly going against WCAG, but in the end the responsibility is yours.

Q: How can I check the WCAG compliance?
A: There are multiple tools available for testing WCAG compliance and W3C (Web Accessibility Initiative) have provided a list here.
