Getting an overview of your groups

To open the groups view, go to ”Settings” and choose ”Groups”.

Here you can overlook all your groups, including the group name, the group manager and the parent group. A parent group is a group that is above a specific group in the hierarchy.

In this example, the Parent group to Team Finance is Team Management:

The Group Manager of Team Finance is a group member in Team Management:

The group view also allows you to search for a specific group using the search field:

Adding a new group

If you would like to add a new group - click on “manage groups”.

In the edit view, you can add a new group by filling in the Group Name, the Group Manager, and the Parent Group. However, the Group Manager and the Parent Group fields can be provided afterwards.

Once you have entered the necessary information, click “add group”, and click on  “finish”.

PLEASE NOTE:

Editing groups

Click on the pen icon to the right to edit the group.

Here, you can edit the name of the group, its manager and choose the parent group.

Below, you can also see the members of the group and edit each group member by clicking "here”.

Removing groups

You can checkmark a group and click “Delete Selected”. That way the whole group, including its members, will be deleted.

PLEASE NOTE:

Group Segmentations

Group segmentation is not limited to Teams. It is possible to create groups based on, for example, region, gender, and manager. Using multiple segmentations, you will be able to get more detailed data.

In this example, “work environment” is rated higher in Team Finance and Team Sales than in other teams:

And “Recognition” is rated lower among the Customer Success Managers than among other roles:

Information about assigning segmentations is further presented in the “Users” article.
