Advertisement

Click ‘Add new advertisement’ to begin:



The layout template has already been chosen, unless you have multiple advertisement layouts available:



Here, you can choose a video, provided that you have added links to your videos in the administration module ‘Department Details’:

Select an image:

Create advertisement text.  

 

You now need to enter the body text of your advertisement. The headline will automatically be the project name.

 

You can choose to type in your text directly in the editor window. You can also choose to copy from another source, for example Microsoft Word. 


If you copy the text from another source, it is important that you use the tool ´insert plain text’. This ensures that the formatting is removed and the layout of the advertisement looks correct:



 

You can now edit the text so that it is shown in italics, underlined, bold and bullets:




Click ´Save and preview’, if you would like to see a preview of your advertisement. Close the pre-view to either edit the text or save the advertisement by clicking ‘Save Ad’.  

 

Your advertisement is now ready to be published.


Publish advertisement 

 

If you have entered a deadline when you created the project, you will be able to see that it is set as the publishing ‘End date’. If you have not entered a deadline you can enter it here:

 

If you are using the ‘Job index-integration, click on ‘Add details’ to check and edit the publishing period and click ‘save’ in the bottom:

  

 


Select the medias you would like to publish the advertisement to and click ‘publish’. You will now see that the status on the selected medias has switched to published:



 

Click ‘save and next’ to proceed to the last tab.
