When I try to add an onboardee I get the message "oops, something went wrong". What can it be?

1. The onboardee has already been added in the app: In that case, you can go back to the onboardees view and type the email of the person in order to find her/him. 

2. You skipped some mandatory field: In that case, make sure that the following fields are filled in:

-Start date;

-First Name;

-Last Name;

-Filters: at least one item for each category.
