Overview and status

In the dashboard, go to “settings” and select “users”. This is the user settings view.

Here you can have an overview of users, including information like the name of the user, email, the group the user belongs to, and their status. The status indicates if the user has already signed up for Weekli or not.

If a user is “Active” it means that they have received the app invite and signed up. If the user is “Not active”, they have not yet signed up. Users can also be searched for via the search field.

Adding users

If you’d like to add a new user, click on “manage users” in the user view.

You can now add a new user by entering the “name, email, and choosing the group membership”. The Group membership, however, can also be provided afterwards. Once ready, click “add user”.

Go to the bottom of the page and click "Finish" to save.

If the provided email address is already in the system, a warning pop-up message will appear. Email addresses can only be used once in the system.

Adding users using CSV import

If you’d like to add more users at the same time, you can use the “add CSV” function to upload an Excel file. You can find a downloadable example file "here". Feel free to use it as a template.

PLEASE NOTE:

Fill in the Name, email address, group, group manager email, and parent group and then upload your file in the CSV format. Once uploaded, you must link the subject fields of your file with the system subject fields for the uploaded list to be displayed correctly in the system.  Then click “Continue”.

Editing users

You can edit users by clicking the pen icon:

In the edit view, you can edit the name, email, job title, group, as well as assign roles to the user and change the language.

Users can also change their own language, job role, birth year, gender and location themselves in the app, but they cannot change anything else.

Moving users

The users can be moved between groups. To do so, choose the group that the user should belong to using the group drop-down menu.

PLEASE NOTE: The user should be assigned to one group at a time, except for the segmentation groups. If a user is moved to a different group, the data of that user stays where they originated, meaning, the data does not move together with the user.

Removing users

“Here” you can checkmark a user and click “remove from company”. That way the user will be deleted.

PLEASE NOTE: Removing users is an irreversible action.
