Positions tab 

Positions are where you manage all your open positions. The main overview on the positions tab contains crucial information on the job positions you have online right now. When the positions go offline, they will be available at the "Offline"-tab, right next to the "Online"-tab.

Besides the Funnel-view you can click on "KPIs". These will show you a detailed overview of the most critical KPIs for each position and how much you have spent.



Traffic trend


Traffic trend shows you the views and applications for the specific job in the time period the job has been online. This gives you a quick and simple overview of the engagement in your position. Do you see a pattern in engagement? Is it peaking in the beginning and the end, and dying out in the middle? These are valuable insights and can be used to optimise your advertising strategy.

Clicking on a position


When you click on a position, you will arrive at this page:



This view allows you to see detailed statistics about the specific position. In the Funnel view, you can see the job views, applications, interviews and hires from each specific source. This helps you identify the best sources for each position.

You can also select KPIs, which again will lead you to crucial information about each recruiting source.


Tips from the Ontame team: How to use Positions

  • Positions are the place to be for the recruiters in your organisation. This is where they achieve critical insights into each position - this may be costs, how each source is performing for this type of position, trends for the positions, costs, conversion rates and much more. This is also where they can promote a position if further actions are needed to close the position.

  • Your talent acquisition team can also find highly relevant information in this tab. To plan ahead and create the best strategy for finding talent, you need to know where talent is coming from, how much you pay for it and how quickly you can find it.

  • Utilise Alert, powered by machine learning to ensure the optimal amount of applications.
