The Purpose of this dashboard

With this dashboard, you get a breakdown of how quickly candidates receive feedback from you, which gives you the following options:

  • Minimize the number of candidates who never hear from you after applying for a position with you.
  • Set your own follow-up goals. By default, the dashboard is set to follow-up before 28 days and follow-up after 28 days, but it can be adapted to your own internal KPIs.
  • Identify the differences in follow-up days between different departments, categories, countries or talent managers. It is recommended to use our built-in filter.


How is the follow-up calculated:

When candidates register an application in your recruitment system, we count the number of days that pass before the candidate receives an application status. We start with selected application statuses, which candidates can continuously associate with their profile through their recruitment process.
