There are a number of different user roles in Weekli that can be assigned to people in your organization.
Administrator
As an Administrator in Weekli you can see Weekli data for the whole organization and manage users, groups and roles. This means you can assign users new roles, also to yourself.
Human Resources
As a Human Resources user you can see Weekli data for the whole organization including data about offensive behaviours and manage users and groups.
Speak Up Administrator
As a Speak up Administrator you access the Speak up chat and can see and answer messages from employees anonymously.
Ask More Administrator
As an Ask More Administrator you can define and create your own surveys with answering options, and schedule and send surveys to the whole organization.
View Statistics - All groups
Can view Weekli data for the whole organization and subgroups but can't for example manage users or groups.
Entire company only
A user with this role can see Weekli data for only the wholy company, not subgroups.
Manager
As a manager you can view data for your team including subgroups.
Employee
As an employee you can answer the pulse in the mobile app or in the web interface and see own data and read insights in the mobile app.
