What can I do when the activation link is expired?

If an activation link has expired, you will have to resend the activation link to the employee/admin. 

Follow the steps below to send the activation link:

1. In the employees/users dashboard, type the name or email of the person whose link expired;

2. On the right side of the name, click on "Actions", then "View":

3. In their profile, click on the grey button: "resend the activation link".

4. Wait for the confirmation, and the new link should have been sent to their email.
