A key contact is someone that will support the employees in their employee transition journey. The key contact participates in the journey mostly by receiving emails about steps of the employee's journey such as completion of tasks and by providing contact details to the employee . Below you can have an idea of how the employees see the key contacts in the dashboard:
Examples of Key Contacts are: Buddy, HR manager, Manager etc.
