Yes, a reminder email is sent out when the task is created and before the deadline of the task. 

They will get notifications:

1. When the task is assigned (i.e. when a onboardee is created, or a new task is created in the library).

2. 7 days before due date 

3. 1 day before due date.



At the moment, you cannot customize the reminders yourself. 

Contact your CSM or Support and we will update the reminders for you.
