Uploaded candidate documents

As a step in optimising the workflows, we are now offering a simple way to view candidate documents that have been uploaded as PDFs and word-files without first downloading the documents. Now when you click on a candidate document in ReachMee, a preview version of the document opens directly in the web browser. 

We hope that this will make things easier for you as it will be easier to keep the candidates’ data within ReachMee, because candidate data has to be deleted wherever it exists, such as on a local computer. You need to check your internal procedures regarding this to make sure that this data is also processed and purged in the right way. 

Other uploaded documents

ReachMee also offers users the opportunity to upload other types of document linked to the project, such as different types of decision documents. If these documents contain personal data, you must also establish a procedure for removing the documents from ReachMee once the project is complete. If you wish, you can restrict a user’s ability to upload documents that may contain personal data through the user’s permissions.

Export functionality

Bear in mind that ReachMee has the functionality to export candidates’ documents. The permissions for this can be controlled by role and if you wish to restrict the ability to distribute candidates’ documents beyond ReachMee this function can be switched off.
