Categories

Categories refer to your categorization on the employee level. It refers to the content of the work your employees are doing on a daily basis. Different categories could, for example, be management or engineering.

How do I get my categories in my Ontame platform, you might ask. That's the best thing - you don't even have to think about doing anything yourself. We simply pull the data from your ATS, and give you a trackable view in our platform. It is, of course, dependent on you using categories in your ATS.

In the categories tab, you have two basic views: Funnel and KPIs.



Tips from the Ontame team: How to use Categories

  • Categories allow you to break your data into very small pieces and see how your specific job categories are performing in terms of recruitment. This could be your specialist positions or IT. With the feature, you are able to gain insights into critical KPIs to keep track of where you are doing a great job and where you may need to improve.
