You can access the candidate list by clicking on the name of your project in the project list:

When you have entered a project, you can always go back to the candidate list by clicking on 'Candidate list':

Recruitment process folders

In the top of the candidate list, you see the recruitment process folders. The process folders create an easy overview of how far the candidates are in the recruitment process:

During the recruitment process, you can move candidates between the folders, and by clicking on a folder you will see which candidates are in that specific step of the process. To get more information about each process folder, click on 'Show process guide':

To view all candidates regardless of how far they have come in the process, click on the folder 'All candidates':

Columns in the candidate list

In the candidate list, you will see different headers with information about the candidates:

You can sort any header by clicking on it:

This column is to indicate if a candidate appears in other projects:

You can view what the icons mean here:

You can click on the icon to get more information about which projects the candidate has applied to:

If a candidates name is bold, it means no one has viewed the candidates profile yet. A candidate profile can be viewed by clicking on the name, and after viewing a candidate’s profile, the text will be regular:

The column 'Status' will be empty until the end of the recruitment process, when the status should be changed to hired or rejected for all of the candidates:

The column for 'Source' is to indicate if the candidate is an external or internal applicant:

The column 'Process' is to indicate the last process event that happened with the candidate, for instance it will be an icon for letter if an email has been sent to the candidate. You can view what each process event means, by hovering on the icon:

If there are selection survey questions with points in the recruitment project, you will be able to see the candidates’ score here:

This gives you a quick indication of how well the candidates fulfill the requirement for the position. Click on the candidate’s name to go to the candidate profile and see exactly what they have answered.

The column 'Priority' shows each project participant’s ranking of the candidate:

The view in the candidate list can be adjusted to suit your needs.

The headers in the candidate list can be adjusted. To delete or add a column in the candidate list, click here and check mark the columns that are relevant to you in the specific process folder:

If you want the selected columns to be applied in all process folders, click here, then press save:

By default, the candidate list shows 10 candidates at a time. The amount of candidates shown on the same page can be adjusted by entering the amount of rows you wish to see in one page here:

To get more details about each candidate, while still viewing them in a list, you can click here to show them as candidate cards:

To switch back to the list view, click here:


Filter the candidate list

The candidate list can be filtered on different criterias by clicking on 'Search filter:

You can filter the list by the candidates’ answers to the selection survey questions, by checkmarking one or several options here:

You can combine different filters at the same time by entering all of the criteras you wish to filter on. To apply the filter and start reviewing the candidates, click 'Apply'. You can also save your search filter by clicking here, this enables you to reuse the same filter in the future:

Your saved filter can be found by clicking on 'Search filter', then 'Saved filters'.
