3.2.2 Admin - Recruitment Process Templates

Please begin by watching the following video tutorial.

Further down the page you will find a complete step-by-step breakdown of the tutorial.

The process folders enable you to get an easy overview of where the candidates currently are in the recruitment process. You can have several templates for the recruitment process folders:

For instance, one recruitment process template for unsolicited recruitments and another for regular recruitment projects, or different processes for different roles. In Admin -> Templates -> Recruitment process, you can view, edit, and add new recruitment process templates:

Here you can see all available templates for the recruitment process folders:

The process marked with an asterisk is the default recruitment process, but you can always select another template. It is also possible to do individual adjustments for each project. You can find more information on that in the video on Managing folders.

If you want to view the recruitment process in an existing template, click on the name of the template.

Here you can delete, edit or copy the template:

If you would like to create a similar version of a previously used recruitment process, we recommend that you copy the template and do the adjustments in the copy, instead of creating a completely new template:

When adding or editing a template, you can enter its name here:

The template description is added here:

Here you choose whether the template should be available for all users and be a common template, or just be available for you, and be a private one:

Checkmark this box to make it the default template, that will automatically be selected for your future recruitment projects:

To edit folders in the recruitment process, you can move, edit or delete existing steps here:

Please note, the folders marked with a padlock cannot be deleted:

They are the same for all your recruitment processes, so if you change their name in one process, they will also be changed in all your other processes. Therefore, these folders should be named universally - for example “New candidates, Rejection, and Job offer”.

To create a new folder and add a new step to your recruitment process, click here:

Note that the new folder will be applied only to the future projects that are started with this recruitment process. To apply a new folder to existing projects you need to apply the recruitment process to your projects by editing the projects.

If you want to create a completely new template for the recruitment process folders, go to admin -> templates -> recruitment process templates and click here:

You will have to set up all folders in the recruitment process, apart from the 3 folders with padlocks that are the same for all your recruitment processes:

You have now been introduced to creating and adjusting templates for your recruitment processes.
