3.1 Admin - manage users

To administer the users, go to 'Admin' and click on 'Account' and then 'Users':

Add new users

Add a new user by clicking on 'create new':

Enter the required fields marked with an asterix. It is recommended to use the e-mail address as username:

If the person will be a contact person in an advertisement, you may also add their telephone number. When you are finished, press 'Save:In the tab 'Authority' set the access level for the user:

Click on 'Add user role' to set a user role:

If applicable, you can select which part of the organization the user should have access to. If the person should have access to the entire organization, the field can be left empty:

A user can have several roles in different parts of the organization, and you can add as many user roles as required.

If you want to verify that the user has the correct access level, you can click on 'Login as user':

You will then be impersonating their profile, and you can check that they have access to everything they need. When you are finished, click on their name here and then 'close profile' to return to your own profile:

The new user is now ready to start working in ReachMee.

View and edit existing users

To view or edit existing users, go to 'Admin' and click on 'Account', then 'Users':

You now see a list of all users:

Click here to do a free text search:

Or click here to filter the list, for example, by role:

Click 'Apply' to apply the filter and only view the users that match:

To edit a user, click on their 'name' or 'username':

In the tab 'User basic information', you can edit their contact details:

In the tab for 'Authority', you can edit their user role and change their access level:

To delete a user, click here:

Reset password

1. On behalf of a user

You can help a user to change their password by going to their user profile and clicking here:

2. Before logging in

A user can change their password themselves before logging into Reachmee. On the login page, they can click here to reset their password via email:

3. When logged in

A user can change their password when logged in, by clicking on their name, then 'Change password':

This can be useful if someone else has made a password for them, and once they have logged in, they can set their own password instead.
