Quick guide - Add internal information and guides for your users

Help your users by adding company specific information, guides and links directly in Talent Recruiter.

You can add your own text, links and guides in 4 places in the system. This ensures you can add relevant information in each place. 



You can add your own information in the following places:

  • Project list
  • New project
  • Edit project
  • Candidate list



The information is added via: 


1. Administration -> Custom texts -> Select the tab: Custom texts - project portal:


 




2. Use the quick search for one of the following terms:


 

  • To add information in Project list - search for: home_er
  • To add information in New project - search for: newproject
  • To add information in Edit project - search for: (editproject)
  • To add information in  Candidate list - search for: clappterm





3. Enter your text and links in the box for each language:

The text editor is using HTML, and you can format the text with the buttons in the top to make it bold or insert links.






4. Save your changes and you are done!
