Guide to Reports

Intro

Looking into your data gives you the opportunity to discover areas for optimization.

Our reports cover 6 main areas for you to look into:

  • Job Postings
  • Applications
  • Recruitment process
  • Candidate experience
  • Hires
  • Diversity

Note:

The data in the reports also depends on the information added to your system.

Not everyone are using position categories, asking candidates about gender or nationality.

You may therefore experience some fields not containing data, but we can help you optimize it.

Access to reports

Per standard the Administrator role has access to the reports.

You can only view data from departments where you have rights to view the reports.

The reports update once every 24 hour with both data and users.

This means that if you just assigned a new person access or you changed their access or department, this will reflect in the reports the day after.

Tips and tricks

Our reports are built on Power BI and if you are not used to working with Power BI, here are the 4 most important buttons to know:

Drilling up and down

These two buttons with arrows up and down, enables you to change the graphs when shown on the field.

Lets take an example:

If you are looking at the job postings and the recruitments over time, you can drill up and down in these.

If you start with this view:

Then you can drill up and look at the full year:

You can also click on the drill down option to view it per month:

If the screen now start to contain too much data for your view, you can click on the expand option:

This will then give you a much broader view like this:

You can also pres CTRL and click on multiple selections to include information from.

And if you at some point filtered so much that you want to go back to start, you can always click on the reset button, which sets the report back to start view:

Each report also contains a question mark, where you can find more details about the report:

More about the reports

Job Postings

This report is designed for you to find information about the amount of job posts, applications, channel costs and recruitments. You can filter down on specific departments or position categories and view the list of recruitments included.

When you click on elements in the report it will filter the information.

This includes departments in the organization, position categories, a specific month or quarter or a specific channel.

Note: everything counts from the recruitment created date in this report.

Example:

You are now looking at the overall report and want to know how it looked for your "Salg" positions.

If you then click on the position category, your report updates all numbers to only include information from position category "Salg":

You can now easily see how many recruitments this position category had, the amount of job posts, applications and channel cost. How it looked over time and the amount of job posts with cost and the list of the recruitments it counts.

Applications

This report is made to look into the applications. How does it look over time, how does it look for the different position categories, how are the applications rated and how many candidates move through the different steps in the recruitments.

Note: Everything in this report counts from the application registration date, meaning the day the candidate applied.
