Your reports brings the highest value, when the data is present. Most data have default values in the system, but sometimes custom data is inserted.
Candidate workflow
In your candidate workflow, you can add custom statuses to support your workflow and show where in the process the candidates are.
All these statuses have a status category to define where in the process the status is related.
If you added custom statuses, these statuses needs to be assigned a category.
Go to Administration and enter the Workflow module.
Then click on the tab "Statuses":
Find the statuses that are blank in the status category and click edit:
Now assign a suitable category for the status:
Advertising cost
If you are using external channel for job postings with advertisement cost, then cost can be added to reports if present. Check if your channels have a cost per ad connected by going into the Administration and enter the module Publishing.
Here you can see the external channels you have and edit those where no cost is added by clicking edit:
And then add your standard cost per job ad:
