Firstly, make sure that your company has chosen to use filters.
In case positive, it is extremely important that for each filter category in each learning page, there is at least one filter item assigned.
Leaving one category empty means that the whole content within the learning page won't be visible.
The example below illustrates the affirmation above:
This company has 3 filters categories: Department, Location and Contract:
Within department they have the following:
Within location, they have the following:
Finally, within contract, they have the following:
However, they are building a learning page that should not visible to all onboardees, only to the ones that have Sales as Department, Brazil as Location and Full time as Contract:
Therefore, the use of filters enables the possibility of limiting the content according to particularities of each group of onboardees.
