Quality metrics and setting up goals

How to get started with Quality metrics and setting up goals

The quality metrics ”First contact” and ”Project duration” will track your pace in the recruitment process. To get relevant data in ReachMee, you need to define what is a relevant goal and set this in ReachMee.

Define and set up your goals

First, you need to decide what are your goals. Insights provides a way to follow up on aspects of the recruitment process that may affect how the candidate experiences applying for a job at your organization, but it doesn’t do any magic when it comes to making the numbers improve.

You and your team need to decide what is a relevant goal for you and then work towards that goal. If it turns out you don’t meet the goal, what can you do to improve? Can you try some actions and see if that makes anything better? Measure again. If not, try something else. Repeat, until you see a positive change!

Once you’ve decided what goal to start with, it’s very easy to set it up in ReachMee. This is how you do it:

  1. Go to Admin pages
  2. Click on Insights folder
  3. Go to “Quality metrics” page
  4. To change any of the goals for time measurements, just enter a new value in the fields. (Rejection notice goal can’t be changed from the default 100 %)
  5. Save

Please note that once you change the goal, all data in Quality metrics will now be measured against that goal. In other words, you won’t keep the data on how you met your previous goals.

(Only users with the right access level can access the page where you set and change the goal. If you can’t see it, contact ReachMee’s support.)
