Insights Candidate NPS

Introduction: Curious how your candidates perceive your brand and the recruitment process? With Insights Candidate NPS you can finally get that understanding of the candidates’ recruitment experience. Combine it with other recruitment data to motivate and follow up change!

Insights Candidate NPS is a simple way of measuring your candidate experience that is also part of the Insights offering in ReachMee. The functionality is offered in collaboration with Trustcruit and consists of two standard questions being sent out to candidates after rejection in ReachMee. The questions are the CNPS question* and if the candidate would apply for a job with you again.

When you’re starting to collect data from candidates you will be able to overview the result in Insights, side by side with other learnings from your recruitment. This makes it possible to analyze how changes you do in your recruitment actually affects your candidate experience. In addition, you will be able to compare your scores with others, global average score and per industry. It becomes truly powerful when applying filters and comparing your scores over time, by organization, role or recruiter!
