There are 2 main reasons why this could be happening:
1. Filters
The filters that you selected in the onboardees dashboard don't match with the ones of the content that you are trying to access.
Therefore, you can follow the next steps:
1. Access the backend;
2. Access the module/learning page that you are trying to access;
3. Check the filters configuration and see if they match with the filters that you selected.
Another possibility is that your own filters don't match with the ones of the module/learning page. If that is the case you will have to contact the super admin of the app and ask her/him to check your filter's settings and the ones if the module/learning page.
2. Timing
It can be that the timing that you selected is not the same as the one from the content that you are trying to access:
In that case, you have to check it in the backend.
