Why publish to irecommend?

When you publish to irecommend you are reaching relevant candidates who are recommended by someone at your organization, who knows your culture. How does it work?

Publish your job to irecommend by filling in the necessary information. When you have done that, your employees will be notified in the way you have chosen and will be able to make their referrals, gain points, and get rewarded. When a referral has been made the referred candidate will be notified and can easily answer digitally if she/he is interested. If so, the candidate will appear in your recruitment project in your ATS as a referred candidate.
