How can I share a document in a form?

To share a document in a form, you have to follow the steps below: 

1. In the Admin page, go to "Library" - "Files", and click on "Action" to upload the document.

2. Check in your Library to see the document you've uploaded and click on "Action".

3. After clicking on "Action", right click on "Open" and copy link address.

4. Go to Forms.

5. Open the Form you would like to add the document to.

6. Highlight some content or a word within the form.

7. Once you highlight the word or phrase a small box will open in which you can choose a Hyperlink symbol (#).

8. Click on the hyperlink symbol and insert the link of the document you've uploaded.

9. The document will be available on the form via the hyperlink.
