In this video you will be introduced to the actions that can be performed on candidates through the candidate list. Most of the actions can also be performed via the candidate profile for one candidate at a time. However, if you decide to do it through the candidate list, it is possible to perform the actions for several candidates simultaneously.
Move to another folder
You can move candidates to another folder in the recruitment process to get an easy overview of how far they’ve come in the process:
The candidate can be moved via drag and drop:
You can also check mark several candidates, click on 'Actions', select 'Move to other folder' and then select the folder you would like to move them to:
When moving the candidates, you get to see the menu that enables you to perform other optional actions at the same time. Here you can register a process event that will be logged in the candidate profile:
Here you can add a comment:
Here you can change the candidate priority:
You can change the candidate’s status here:
Here you can send an e-mail to the candidate:
When you are finished, click on 'Apply' to move the candidates and perform the selected actions:
When the candidates have been moved, you can view them by clicking here:
Send e-mail
You can send e-mails to candidates by checkmarking the candidates, selecting 'Actions' and 'Send e-mail':
Here you can see the recipients of the e-mail. They are blind copied, so individual recipients will not see any of the other recipients:
Fill out the subject and content, or use a template by clicking here:
You can add replacement codes here:
The code will automatically be replaced by the relevant content when the e-mail is sent.
When you are finished, click on 'Send e-mail'.
Change the status
You can change the candidates' status by checkmarking the candidates, selecting 'Actions' and 'Status in project':
The candidates’ status should be set as 'Active' until the end of the recruitment process. If the candidates have been given another status, it will be shown in this column:
Register process event
You can register a process event that is logged on the candidate profile, by check marking the candidates and selecting 'Register process event':
Select a process event and add a comment, if necessary. The update is also shown on the candidate list in this column:
Add note
You can add a general note that is logged on the candidate profile, by check marking the candidates and selecting 'Add note':
Fast handling
To perform several actions at the same time you can checkmark the candidates and select 'Actions', then 'Fast handling':
You can combine the actions as you wish, and only select the areas you would like to update. You can, for example, change priority and write a comment, while leaving the rest of the fields unchanged:
Copy candidate
If you would like to copy one or more candidate applications to another project, you can checkmark the candidates, select 'Actions' and 'Copy candidate':
Select the project you would like to copy the candidates to, read the box with important information and ensure you have informed the candidates about how their data may be used. Then checkmark this box and click on 'Copy':
Export candidate information
You can export information concerning candidates to a PDF or Excel. To do so, checkmark the candidates, select 'Actions' and 'Export candidate information':

To generate a PDF, checkmark the information you would like to export, and click on 'Generate PDF': Now, the file can be downloaded here:
Sharing candidate profile
You can share one or several candidates’ profiles with someone who is not a user in ReachMee. This is what the shared profiles look like for recipient.
The addressees get an e-mail with a link redirecting them to the information on given candidates without logging into the system. The link is valid for a certain time only. After that, the recipients will no longer be able to access the shared information. While sharing a candidate’s profile, you can also ask the recipient to add a comment, which can be entered here:
To share one or more candidate profiles, checkmark the candidates, select actions and click 'Share candidate profile':
Then select the attachments you would like to include and click on 'Next':
On this page you can add recipients, instructions, tasks, validity time and message to the addressee. The recipient receives an e-mail with a link valid until the date you specify here:
Finally, you can view and customize the e-mail that the recipient receives:
When you are finished, click on 'Share'.
You can access the shared profiles in this tab:
Here you can see if the addressees have viewed the candidates and completed their tasks:
Set priority
You can change one or several candidates’ priority by check marking them, selecting 'Actions' and manipulating the number of stars in the set priority field:
The result will be visible on the candidates’ profile and in the candidate list here:
Add candidate manually
You can add a candidate manually by clicking here:
PLEASE NOTE: It is recommended that you send a link to the application form instead, so that the candidates can fill it out themselves.

The final step is to send the candidate an e-mail to inform them that their application has been added to ReachMee. The e-mail needs to contain this code for the consent link:
Before proceeding with the recruitment process, it is essential that the candidates you have added manually, give their consent. To do so, they have to use the link.
