Notification to candidate about expired ad


Short description

Sends email to candidates with active status when the ad they applied to has  expired (been unpulished).

What is the customer value?

Some customers find it valuable to communicate with candidates when selection process starts and the ad is unpublished.

Setup

Contact support or your CS representative. The function is inactive as default.

How does it work?

After activating this function, emails will be sent to candidates.

It is possible to disable the functionality for specific ads if you have f.e internal ads, preferential right, announcements or open projects where you don't want this email to be sent.

Emailtemplate is accessable to users that have access to emailtemplates.

Users that can edit ads can change if email should be sent or not fo specific ads.


FYI Activating this will send a lot of emails to candidates
