All recruitments in ReachMee are done through projects. If you have the right access rights you can create a new project by following the guides below, we'll go through all the steps of creating a project in a few different articles:
- Create a project
- Define the recruitment process
- Create the perfect job ad
- How to define the best questions (you're here)
- Publish the job ad
So, lets move on!
One of the key elements of efficient handling of candidates is to put some time and effort into the survey questions. Best practice in terms of these questions is to convert the list of demands to questions so that you can get the answers right away.
There are three types of survey questions:
- Alternative questions
Yes/No questions most commonly used for "killer questions" i.e. questions that are determinative for the recruitment - Freetext questions
Gives the candidate a chance to write a sentence or two such as "describe yourself in a tweet" - Scaled questions
This is a chance for the candidate to grade their knowledge like how good they are at ReachMee or how well they speak english.
Tips and tricks:
- You can assign points to answers that gives the candidates a graded score based on the answers they give
- You can create templates for question that are reused in different projects
- You can chose to display they questions to internal, external or all candidates
