The job ad - create the perfect job ad

All recruitments in ReachMee are done through projects. If you have the right access rights you can create a new project by following the guides below, we'll go through all the steps of creating a project in a few different articles:

  • Create a project
  • Define the recruitment process
  • Create the perfect job ad (you're here)
  • How to define the best questions
  • Publish the job ad

An important part of getting enough applicants is to be clear and concise in the text for the job ad as well as to market the ad in the correct places. These are some of our best tips and ideas for how to do it in ReachMee:

  1. Create the ad
You can create your own ad from scratch or use a template that you have in your organization. If you want to use a template they're at the right hand side of page and you should start out by doing this.
You can also chose the intro-text, the trailing text and create versions in other languages in the drop down lists.
  2. Add a picture
A picture says more than a thousand words so be sure to add one to your project. There is normally a bank of pictures uploaded to ReachMee to chose from that are pre-formated to suit the ads
  3. Find and add contacts
You can chose to add pre-defined contacts, add yourself our add in new contacts. It's also possible to chose not to display a contact if you don't want to do so. Our recommendation is to have at least one contact as some candidates might have a question or two to ask.
  4. More settings
You can chose a few more settings in the settings menu, at the very bottom of the page. For example you can chose to:
    - Hide the apply button - if you want your applicants to apply to a recruitment consultant
    - Allow the candidates to submit questions - a bit of Q&A
    - Allow candidates to update their application after having submitted it
