Short description
Sends email to users when the ads in projects they participate in is about to expire (be unpulished).
What is the value?
It's valuable to communicate to users when an ad is about to expire so that they can continue with next step in process or set a new publishing date.
Setup
Contact support or your CS representative. The function is inactive as default.
How does it work?
After activating this function, emails will be sent to users.
It is possible to disable the functionality for specific ads if you have f.e internal ads, preferential right, announcements or open projects where you don't want this email to be sent.
Email template is accessible to users that have access to email templates.
Users that can edit ads can change if email should be sent or not for specific ads.
FYI Activating this will send a lot of emails to users
