Hire is a functionality available in ReachMee that gives you a seamless digital workflow for creating and signing contracts with new employees. It’s an add-on feature which means that if you don’t see Hire in the menu in ReachMee, you need to talk to your Customer Success manager about getting it. 

What does Hire do?

Hire solves a number of challenges related to handling the employments: 

• Making sure that the correct contract template is used 
• Avoiding double work and mistakes when entering information about the candidate and the employment 
• Avoid a lot of paperwork, scanning and mailing of documents 
• Cut the time spent on the signing process from both HR, managers and candidates 
• All signed contracts are collected in one place and will not get lost 

Main features in Hire

Template management

You can use as many different contract templates as you like to be able to support different types of employments or organizational differences. The contract templates contain text and replacement codes that can be prefilled from ReachMee or from user input during the employment process. Read more 

Creating contracts 

When it’s time to create a contract for a candidate, just apply the appropriate template for the position, and fill in all details about the candidate and the employment in an easy to use web form. Read more 

Signing contracts 

Signing parties get an email with a link to a digital document that they sign using either electronic signature, SMS or touch screen. It’s possible to send the contract to all signing parties at once or in turn. Read more 

Reject, Revoke or ask questions 

Signing parties can reject a contract or ask a question if they don’t want to sign, and the administrator can revoke a contract that has been sent which makes it locked for signing. Read more 

Storage  

Completed contracts are stored for a maximum period of six months before they’re deleted from ReachMee. For long term storage you can download all contracts manually or fetch them from our API. Read more 

Workflow support 

Different organizations divide their responsibilities in different ways. In ReachMee Hire you can control who should be able to start a Hiring process, who can see which contracts and who can send contracts for signing using access control. Read more 

We protect your data 

Since personal data in contracts is often of a more sensitive character than information used throughout the recruitment process, such as salary and social security number, all information in Hire is encrypted before it’s stored in the database. All information in Hire is automatically deleted after a set period of time after last update, up to a maximum of six months.
